Structure                                

MCTD is structured around the three-day weekend experience with committees focusing on Pre-Weekend needs, Weekend needs, Post-Weekend (Fourth Day) activities and overall Communications.  These committees report to the local administrative structure called the Secretariat.

A ByLaws and Guidelines explain the structure and functioning of the local Secretariat for MCTD.  They are consistent with the operational documents of the International Tres Dias Secretariat, of which MCTD is an active member.  All who have attended a weekend (Pescadores) are invited to be a part of the Secretariat and serve on the committees, or to act as an officer.

The doctrinal beliefs representing the organization are articulated in the MCTD Statement of Belief which is included in the promotional brochures, and in the Candidate Application for the weekend.
