Application / Brochure                                   

An application to attend a Mid Carolinas Tres Dias weekend, or a brochure describing the ministry, can be downloaded by clicking on the download buttons at the bottom of this page.  They are PDF files requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader© to print.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader© on your PC, click the Adobe Download button below first to receive a free download.  Then click the Print MCTD Weekend Application button or the Print An MCTD Brochure button.

All applications must be signed by the applicant, and by a sponsor who must have attended a Tres Dias or other three-day weekend, and who knows you personally.  If you do not have a sponsor, complete the application and send it to the Pre-Weekend Chairperson whose name and address appears on the Contact page, or call or e-mail the Chairperson first.  A $10 application fee must accompany the application.

The dates of the Spring and Fall weekends appear on the Calendar. 

If you have attended a Tres Dias or similar adult Fourth Day weekend and would like to be considered for service on future MCTD weekends, download the Team Application below and send to: Ellen Boyd, 2225 Stallings Road, Harrisburg, NC 28075
